In-house naturalherbal tea

Sustainability and the promotion of biodiversity are deeply rooted in the DNA of rocksresort. A further step in this direction was the cultivation of an in-house tea blend on the roofs of rocksresort. Safely protected from wildlife, not only did leaves and flowers for our new rockstea flourish under ideal summer conditions, but a habitat for insects and pollinators was also created.

The plants and flowers were regularly harvested during the summer, carefully dried, and have now been skillfully and lovingly handcrafted into a fine and unique tea blend made from 21 herbs.
